COVID-19  tHE NEW NORMAL?

Even with the tighter restrictions in place in parts of Florida, there are still plenty of people buying and selling homes.  We have adjusted our practices to comply with the State’s rules to keep everyone safe.
We are marketing through video and pictures.  Buyers can tour a home with a video prepared by the Seller for their unique perspective, or a live video tour provided by one of our Agents.  We can meet with Sellers via facetime, zoom meetings and other online face to face meeting platforms.
Listing Agreements and Purchase Contracts are prepared and signed electronically, as we have been doing already for the past few years and now Florida has passed a law allowing online notarization, so many closings can also happen electronically with the closing company.
If face to face meetings or showings are required, we are prepared with facemasks and gloves to keep everyone safe.
Communication is crucial right now and our systemized approach to working with Buyers and Sellers is more important than ever!
